Married A+C | Bay Area Wedding Photographer {Patricia Rossi Photography}

After photographing their engagement session few months ago, I had another great opportunity to work with Gail Pomare and photograph Amanda and Cameron’s beautiful wedding. A young love fresh and pure and the great feeling of a new life together just about to start.

It was a perfect day surrounded by friends, family and happiness that made these images so special. Congratulations!

We did it again | Hair pieces by Whitney Alyssa {Patricia Rossi Photography}

Couple weeks ago I did a product shoot for Whitney Alyssa featuring the beautiful hair accessories she designs, for the second time around.  She has amazing talent and I am very excited to have photographed these images for her lookbook that is coming soon…..

I had a great time working with the models and photographing the pieces and even ended up snapping a few images of Whitney’s lovely smile.

Many thanks to everyone who made this happen:

Wedding Album | San Jose Wedding Photographer

It’s here! The sample album I have ordered arrived yesterday and I couldn’t be happier with it, so I had to share :)

I was introduced to Renaissance Albums last year when doing my mentoring with Cameron Ingalls and I couldn’t wait to order my very own. The company does an awesome job handcrafting these albums and best of all, there is a incredible variety of color selection to match with your wedding.

Enjoy some of E+D wedding once more, now on the pages…

J+B Beautiful Wedding | Bay Area Wedding Photographer {Patricia Rossi}

Hello all and happy Friday (afternoon)!

Last December Gail Pomare and I shot this gracious wedding together. I couldn’t be happier to meet such a happy and very much in love and their wonderful crew. The fun bridal party made the pictures so natural and spontaneous letting me register the real meaning of their wedding! It was a day filled with laughter and tears of joy and I am so thankful to be able to share this day with their family and friends.

Love,

P.

Bay Area Wedding Photography {Patricia Rossi}

I’m super excited for this particular blog post. If you know me you will agree,  I’m that type of person who cries over any little thing. I can’t feel emotion without crying. This could be funny, but if  I go over past sessions I photographed, there is no doubt tears will roll down my eyes quite often. I fell so embarrassed at Luna’s school presentation or even swimming lessons, because I cry all the time….there is nothing I can do about it and I had to learned how to live this way, crying lol…….But before I start crying as I type, this is what happened last year:  I found a special passion for wedding photography. I had always hesitated when people asked me to photograph their wedding and never felt I really would see myself as such, but after having the opportunity to photograph 4 weddings in a row at the end of last year,  I fell in love all over again with what fulfills me in a different way, “Wedding Photography”.  Photographing a bride on her special day is such a honor for me,  and to be able to make beautiful images the couple will treasure for life feels up my soul: “I was there, and felt their emotion and I captured it”  — that is what I wanna do!

So I made the decision, I wanna learn as much as I can about wedding photography, and let the emotion pour in! I did mentoring pro photographer, wedding workshops got my brand changed, started working on some portfolio and I’m thrilled to be launching a new website soon (perhaps a launching party sounds fun!). While all this get prepared, I’m happy to announce I’m now booking weddings!

And for this blog post, this is the behind the scenes: When I met Whitney Parker last October, I knew I wanted to feature her work on my blog!   She is a fashion designer with a great taste who lives in the Peninsula and designs A-M-A-Z-I-N-G accessories in special for brides, including hair pieces, bouquet, boutonniere and more. And the best is, she can customize the whole bridal party accessories to match the wedding decor.  Her work is delicate and unique with a vintage touch.  I am so happy were able to put together this photo shoot to feature some of her gorgeousness creations.

I just L-O-V-E how the images turned out.

Thank you for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your Sunday!

xoxo

Patricia
