I can’t believe it is week 30 of our PROJECT 52! This week’s theme is Flying/Flight/Journey.

When I started my photography journey I knew it would be a fun long flight, full of challenges but also very fulfilling! I sure didn’t disappoint myself. After few years photographing people and my family, of course, I see the world differently. I observe more, I stop to look around, I enjoy a simple smile, and I make sure I bring my camera to register my daughter growing as much as I can.

Luna loves the swing and she always says: “mama look, I can fly…”, so I thought the swing shot would be appropriate for this occasion.

And just for fun! She sure thinks she can fly!

I am convinced that the very simple shots are the ones I love the most! Maybe because they are real life and express real love.

There is nothing more important for a mom than the smell of her chicks, and to be able to capture that is priceless! I still catch myself smelling my Luna every day…..
