I’m going to start my post by saying how much I don’t enjoy being on the other side of the camera. It feels awkward and wrong and normally don’t love the images at first sight. But I also regret so much not having any pictures of when I was pregnant with Luna, so i forced myself this time to do something little, so I have this heirloom to show my family when we grow older. These will be the only memory of this time and I wanted to make sure I’ve captured. Luna is always willing to go for some pictures, as long as there is some compromising. She could pick her clothes and do her hair the way she wanted. Also, she would be the one snapping the pictures of mommy! Thanks to my amazing camera and the automatic interval shooting feature, I was able to include Luna on most of the pictures. We had a great time, just two of us, laughing so hard at ourselves, running back and forth to check if we had cropped any heads or if we were on the right place. The light was gorgeous, of course, which made everything even more special. Luna always look good on any image I take of her and I better like the way I look, because these will be kept and treasured many years from now!
We can;t wait to meet baby Julian and to be a family of 4! Luna couldn’t be happier to become a big sister. She has offered me to even wake up in the middle of the night to feed the baby, is I leave the bottle ready, which of course will not happen, however I think is so special the way she is planning her life after his arrival. I really hope they become good friends and I know they will have each other when we are not around anymore, and that is what really matters!
