Bay Area Wedding Photography {Patricia Rossi}

I’m super excited for this particular blog post. If you know me you will agree,  I’m that type of person who cries over any little thing. I can’t feel emotion without crying. This could be funny, but if  I go over past sessions I photographed, there is no doubt tears will roll down my eyes quite often. I fell so embarrassed at Luna’s school presentation or even swimming lessons, because I cry all the time….there is nothing I can do about it and I had to learned how to live this way, crying lol…….But before I start crying as I type, this is what happened last year:  I found a special passion for wedding photography. I had always hesitated when people asked me to photograph their wedding and never felt I really would see myself as such, but after having the opportunity to photograph 4 weddings in a row at the end of last year,  I fell in love all over again with what fulfills me in a different way, “Wedding Photography”.  Photographing a bride on her special day is such a honor for me,  and to be able to make beautiful images the couple will treasure for life feels up my soul: “I was there, and felt their emotion and I captured it”  — that is what I wanna do!

So I made the decision, I wanna learn as much as I can about wedding photography, and let the emotion pour in! I did mentoring pro photographer, wedding workshops got my brand changed, started working on some portfolio and I’m thrilled to be launching a new website soon (perhaps a launching party sounds fun!). While all this get prepared, I’m happy to announce I’m now booking weddings!

And for this blog post, this is the behind the scenes: When I met Whitney Parker last October, I knew I wanted to feature her work on my blog!   She is a fashion designer with a great taste who lives in the Peninsula and designs A-M-A-Z-I-N-G accessories in special for brides, including hair pieces, bouquet, boutonniere and more. And the best is, she can customize the whole bridal party accessories to match the wedding decor.  Her work is delicate and unique with a vintage touch.  I am so happy were able to put together this photo shoot to feature some of her gorgeousness creations.

I just L-O-V-E how the images turned out.

Thank you for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your Sunday!

xoxo

Patricia
