We had a great a time at Boardwalk (Santa Cruz) last week with family! A warm afternoon at the beach and then some time for Luna to have fun with the rides. She’s always been pretty tall for her age, and even though she is tall enough for some wild rides, I still think she is not ready for all of them. She insists she wants to ride and affirms she is not afraid. Mom’s heart beats rapidly and regrets the authorization! She seems fine and loves the adventure but I still eat the sweet popcorn no stop, thinking she might be scared at this point. She is up there and there is no go back! I only few relieved when the motor stops and she smiles to me….Were you scared Luna? – “Not at all, it was fun!” – she says.
If you can’t find her, look for pigtails and bare feet!
